Nestling between the River Naden and the Cheesden Brook, 1/4 mile from the rural hamlet of Ashworth, the Park comprises 10 acres of well maintained grounds, approximately 15 acres of mature woodland, which is particularly popular with walkers and bird watchers

 

Within walking distance of several excellent restaurants to suit all tastes. 4 miles to Bury with its World Famous Market and home to East Lancashire Railway Company

9 miles to Manchester with its exhibition centre, shops and theatres, only 3 miles to Junction 18 on the M62 the park makes the ideal centre for exploring Lancashire and Yorkshire and also a convenient rest stop for long distance travellers and contractors.
